Board merge

As you might have noticed, I've merged the Retro Console, Handheld and Computer boards into one umbrella Retro Gaming forum. Since we don't get a whole lot of traffic, it seems easier just to have it in the one place. If it gets too much to handle in the future, I'll bring the other forums back.
